Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the IntelliProctor platform provided by Diggy Solutions and operated by Liberia Christian Academy. By accessing the platform — as an examinee, teacher, reviewer, or administrator — you agree to these terms.

The service

IntelliProctor lets institutions create, schedule, deliver, proctor, and score online exams, including identity verification and snapshot-based proctoring with human review.

Accounts and access

Staff accounts are issued by the Institution and must be kept secure. Examinees access exams through individual invitation links or, where applicable, a Google Classroom assignment. You are responsible for activity under your account or invitation.

Examinee conduct and proctoring consent

  • You agree to complete exams honestly and not to use unauthorized materials, assistance, or tools, or to attempt to circumvent proctoring or lockdown controls.
  • Where an exam requires it, you consent to webcam capture and identity verification for the duration of that exam, as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • The Institution may review proctoring evidence and take action — including invalidating an attempt — where it identifies an integrity violation, subject to its own policies.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the platform, including attempting to access data you are not authorized to see, disrupting the service, or using it unlawfully. Institutions are responsible for using the platform in compliance with applicable education and data-protection law.

Intellectual property

The platform and its software are owned by Diggy Solutions. Exam content created by an Institution remains the property of that Institution.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The platform is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Diggy Solutions disclaims warranties not expressly stated and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Specific commercial terms between Diggy Solutions and an Institution are set out in their separate agreement.

Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for breach of these terms or at the direction of the Institution.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time; material changes will be communicated through the platform or by the Institution.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction specified in the agreement between Diggy Solutions and the Institution. [Specify governing jurisdiction before production.]
