Need help with an exam on IntelliProctor? Most issues are fastest to resolve through Liberia Christian Academy — your teacher, exam administrator, or proctor can re-send an invitation, check your registration, or assist on exam day.

- The name of your institution and the exam or session.
- What happened and what you expected to happen.
- The device and browser you were using.
- Any error message shown on screen (a screenshot helps).
Common exam-day issues
- Camera not working — allow camera access when your browser asks, and close other apps that may be using the camera. On managed Chromebooks, your school’s administrator may need to permit camera access.
- “Safe Exam Browser is required” — your exam must be opened in Safe Exam Browser. Download the configuration from the link on that page, or ask your proctor. (Safe Exam Browser is not available on Chromebooks.)
- Identity verification didn’t match — retry in good lighting with your face clearly visible and your ID readable. If it still fails, contact your proctor.
- Lost connection — reopen your exam link; your answers are saved automatically and you can continue where you left off while the session is still open.
